I’m a writer and food content creator based in London, working where food, culture, and storytelling meet.

With Italian roots and a love for global flavours, I create recipe videos and food stories that focus on process, texture, and the quiet narratives behind what we eat. Cath’s Cooking is my space to explore food as memory, identity, and connection — less about perfection, more about meaning.

I have over five years of experience in editorial writing, digital marketing, and branded content. I’ve written for brands such as Hertz, Virgin Media and Rockstar Original, co-founded and edit RatPark Magazine, and published features, poetry and short-stories. I’m currently developing screenwriting projects for film and TV.

I collaborate with food brands, producers, and platforms looking for thoughtful, story-driven content, and I’m always interested in projects where flavour, culture, and creativity overlap.
